Interview Question: What is your greatest professional achievement?

Nothing says “hire me” better than the experience of achieving amazing results in previous works, so feel free to answer this question in an interview! An excellent way to do this is to use the S-T-A-R method: Set up the situation and the task you were required to perform to give the interviewer the overall context (e.g. “In my last job as a junior analyst, I was leading the billing process”), but spend most of your time describing what you actually did (action) and what you achieved (result). For example, “In one month whole month I simplified the process, which allowed my team to save 10 man-hours per month and reduce drastically the number of errors in the invoices by 25%.
