Interview Question: What do you know about the company?

Question: What do you know about the company?

Answer: Any candidate can read and splash the About the Company page. Therefore, when interviewers ask about this, they do not necessarily try to determine if you understand the mission, they want to know if you are concerned about it. Start with a single line that shows that you understand the company’s goals, using a few key words and phrases from the website, but then move on to personal. Say: “I am personally attracted to this mission because…” or “I really believe in this approach because…” and give one or two examples.
